Description: The fifth of an eight-unit teaching and training module from Promega, this unit "leads students through a crime scene investigation, using RFLP analysis of crime scene sample DNA." It includes a laboratory protocol in which students are able to perform basic chemical analysis, and more advanced students have the opportunity to perform a more complex protocol. The unit includes a lecture presentation ("Forensic Science DNA Testing"), instructor and student laboratory manuals for the accompanying laboratory exercise, and an instructors' guide.
