Title: Sloan Digital Sky Survey - Scavenger Hunt
Url: http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr1/en/proj/basic/scavenger/
Publisher: Sloan Digital Sky Survey
Description: Being the first project proposed by SDSS, this website is more of an introductory course. It first shows the user what information the survey has retrieved, and how to look for it in the database. Then it explains the types of objects that have been catalogued so far (Stars, Galaxies, Quasars, etc.) and their basic properties. The last part of the project challenges the user to look for different types of objects, using the Navigation Tool, and get familiarized with the database and classification system
